Returns & Exchanges

We want to give you and your wearable art purchase a chance to get to know each other before committing to a lifetime together. We offer returns and exchanges for 30 days.

To request a return:

Email for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA# may not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Shipping charges are not refundable:

We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for
your package.

Returns must be unused:

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Sales are final:

Please note All SALE, Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, please contact us right away.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
