WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive wholesale prices, which are 50% of set retail prices. Due to the nature of the materials we work with, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

We value our retail partners and in order to protect each of their business models, we have set a suggested retail price (or “SRP”), which is the minimum price for which retailers can sell Saffron Fox products. Retailers may price the products in excess of the SRP.

OPENING ORDERS:

For your convenience, we have three levels of suggested opening orders. There is a minimum opening order of $504 (no re-order minimum) for active wholesale accounts. Please view our website for a-la-cart options. We offer free shipping over $75.

BILLING:

All orders must be paid in full at the time of the order. We accept credit cards, checks (products will ship when cleared), and ACH payments.

DELIVERY:

Delivery shall be made in accordance with Saffron Fox’s shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, we will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated.

INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY:

We strive to create the highest quality products. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us at orders@saffronfox.co within seven days of receiving (not within opening) a damaged or defective shipment. Please keep all packaging with the return, including packaging materials, even if damaged. We may request images of damaged packaging or products. Products damaged in transit or defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced with new merchandise.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS:

In order to maintain our fast and efficient processing times, we are unable to make any changes to a confirmed online order. The website checkout process offers multiple opportunities to confirm your order. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting including shipping methods and quantities.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

All purchases are final. Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged (with exception to damages or defects upon arrival as stated above).

ARTISAN-CRAFTED VARIABILITY:

Due to the custom nature of our design process and the materials used, no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items pictured on the Saffron Fox website and line sheet are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.

REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT:

​Retailers are not permitted, under any circumstances, to display and/or sell Saffron Fox jewelry and accessories, whether on their premises or elsewhere, without the packaging/labeling provided.

Please contact us to request approved product photos for your website or social media needs. Saffron Fox retains all rights to all images of products provided and retains the right to prohibit the use of any and all images provided. Retailer may not alter (e.g., crop, change background colors, add text) provided photos other than to size appropriately for website and marketing materials.

If the retailer sells Saffron Fox products on their online store, the description of the product must include that it is “designed by Saffron Fox.”

REQUIREMENTS:

We require applicants to have and maintain a retail store front and will verify a copy of your state retail sales tax license prior to approving your wholesale account. Selling on Amazon, Etsy and other online third-party sites is strictly prohibited. Each new applicant is screened and may be required to provide additional information including, but not limited to, photos of your store, company history, and/or other lines you carry, prior to approval.

WHOLESALE TERMINATION:

At our discretion, such as not meeting above mentioned requirements, we reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of wholesale products and accounts.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES:

This Agreement and related documents entered into in connection with this Agreement are signed when a party’s signature is delivered electronically, and these signatures must be treated in all respects as having the same force and effect as original signatures.
